During the summer of 2022, we have been working with a number of schools, community groups and venues to create silk banners depicting the history of Grantham's town centre and surrounding venues.
The exhibition will be installed towards the end of September and maps and information on the venues will be available, providing a historical and artistic trail. Banners will be back lit during the evenings which will give a different experience so you might even want to visit twice, daytime and evening.
Below we acknowledge the Venues and groups that have worked with us on the banners and show some images of parts of banners or the creative process.
We do hope you will find time to visit
